1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are permitted within 2-3 hours of placing your order.

After the 2-3 hour window, cancellations cannot be processed as preparation for your order will already be underway.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after placing the order

Delays caused by courier or delivery partners

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Personal taste preferences
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
