Refund Policy

At Ekaa Essence, all our baked products are handcrafted fresh upon order. To maintain quality and fairness, we follow a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are permitted within 2-3 hours of placing your order.

  • After the 2-3 hour window, cancellations cannot be processed as preparation for your order will already be underway.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Delays caused by courier or delivery partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Personal taste preferences

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged (photo proof must be shared within 12 hours of delivery)

3. Replacement Options

If your issue qualifies for a refund or resolution, we may provide one of the following:

  • A replacement of the affected product
