We are Cloud Bakers, specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order baked goods. Please note that all orders are subject acceptance and availability of products.
2. Product Information
We aim to present all product descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, as all items are handcrafted and freshly prepared, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or design may occur.
3. Order Preparation & Processing
All products are baked fresh after your order is placed.
Please allow 3–5 days for preparation before pickup or delivery dispatch.
4. Pricing
All taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
5. Payments
The order will be processed once the Ekaa Team confirms it and payment is received. If payment is not completed, the order will be canceled within 5 days of booking.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our products are made-to-order, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.

In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or errors on our end), refunds may be processed at our discretion.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2-3 hours of placing it. Order modifications are subject to feasibility.

All images, designs, logos, and website content belong solely to Ekaa Essence. Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Ekaa Essence is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by external factors, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, or incorrect customer details.
