1. Order Processing Time
All Ekaa products are made fresh after your order is placed.
Please allow 3–5 working days for preparation before dispatch or pickup.
2. Delivery Options
We offer the following fulfillment methods:

Self Pickup (after you receive a ready-for-pickup notification)

Local Delivery within city limits through trusted delivery partners

Courier Shipping (Particular Cities - Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Mysore, Hyderabad & Chennai)
3. Delivery Timelines
Once the 3–4 day processing period is complete:
Local Delivery (within the same city)

Same Day of Order Dispatch Notification
Courier Delivery (Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai)

Minimum: 2 days

Maximum: 5 days
(Timelines depend on courier service availability and performance.)
4. Pickup Instructions
For self pickup:

Wait for your pickup notification, sent once the order is ready.

Pickup location and timings will be shared in the notification.
5. Delivery Delays
Ekaa Essence is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

Festive season demand

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
6. Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a notification when:
